About The Position

Boulevard Tire Center is growing! We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate for our Bartow, FL location. We are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, flexible and a good attendance record. Looking for a candidate willing to learn and interested in advancement we are willing to train! JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assuring that customers receive sales and service in a professional and efficient fashion. This position will adhere to, and promote the Boulevard Tire Center mission and operate within the confines of the core company values while contributing to the success of their functional team. Provide outstanding customer service to customers by selling tires, road hazard and recommended services, benefits and product features. Working knowledge of automotive systems, brakes, suspension, charging systems, electrical, fuel, cooling, drive line, etc. Knowledge of Point of Sale and electronic Cataloging systems Maintains current knowledge of all company products, services and prices. Ensure that customers receive accurate and current information. Ensures paperwork is handled efficiently and accurately and by Company guidelines. Ensure customers are taken care of in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude. Create long-term loyalty bonds with customers by driving sales and profitability of the store and maintaining a clean and well merchandised store. Must have a high sense of urgency and energy Must have worked on a computer in the past and have the ability to type, navigate and utilize a computer system daily. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions Must be comfortable working with public contact. Must have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, and squat. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand up to 8 hours continuously and daily. Must be able to communicate verbally on a continued basis and frequent written communication. Must be able to hear normal conversations continuously. Must be able to see including near acuity continuously

Requirements

Must have a high sense of urgency and energy
Must have worked on a computer in the past and have the ability to type, navigate and utilize a computer system daily.
One year or more past experience in customer service sales.
High school diploma
Must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
Must be comfortable working with public contact.
