Job Overview & Work Site Our Front Desk Administrators are the first face of Low Country Physical Therapy which requires exceptional customer service by greeting and checking patients in and out in a friendly and timely manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, collecting money, scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork for therapists, and ensuring the flow of the front office runs smoothly. The Front Desk Administrator assists in the scheduling process of new physical therapy referrals and coordinates the start of the patients’ physical therapy care with the staff and the referring providers office. They are responsible for maintaining the productivity of the staff through proper distribution of visits according to staff ratios and serve as the liaison with other medical staff members and administrators.
