This role requires exceptional organization and communications skill both verbal and written, the ability to enter, extract and interpret information into/from an MRP/ERP system, the ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office suite of products and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Ability to work with military time
  • Mathematical skills; ability to add and subtract fractions
  • Education or training in administrative or office positions.
  • Driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • 2 year technical degree preferred
  • EPICOR experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Entering timecards and reviewing labor edit reports
  • Billing customers
  • Performing filing and clerical duties
  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Assisting visitors/customers with answering inquiries about the company
  • Greeting visitors and assisting them with the sign in process
  • Notifying employees that a visitor has arrived
  • Ordering food and assisting with setting up special events and meetings
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Scanning and organizing Maintenance Reports
  • Other duties as assigned
