As the Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you are a welcoming ambassador of our community and the first point of contact for residents, guests, and team members. You provide professional administrative support and exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless daily experience within the community. In your role, you contribute to operational excellence by managing front desk responsibilities, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and supporting Community Leaders with administrative tasks. You accomplish these goals by maintaining organized systems, assisting with documentation and reporting, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. You support the team by fostering a positive and professional environment, assisting residents with requests, and helping maintain clear communication between departments. Through attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset, you help create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the overall success of the community. In this role, you thrive on being proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused. You are a key contributor to the team and an ambassador of our service culture, helping ensure a smooth, organized, and resident-focused operation each day. This position is full-time and is not exempt from overtime.
