About The Position

Join Porsche Beaverton and Audi Beaverton in a high-visibility role that combines client experience with operational support across two of the world’s most respected luxury automotive brands. This role sits at the center of the dealership experience, serving as the first impression for clients on weekends while supporting internal operations and leadership during the week. You will be both the face of the business and a key behind-the-scenes partner helping drive organization, execution, and consistency across the dealership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or similar support role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to lift/move supplies up to 20 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and strong service orientation.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Workspace familiarity is a plus.
  • Automotive, luxury retail, or corporate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients promptly and professionally.
  • Direct and escort clients to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Introduce clients to Sales Specialists as needed.
  • Offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable guest experience.
  • Answer and route incoming calls or take accurate messages.
  • Complete service follow-up calls as assigned.
  • Maintain café, coffee stations, and client-facing areas.
  • Provide administrative support across Porsche Beaverton and Audi Beaverton.
  • Assist with marketing execution, internal communications, and operational follow-through.
  • Support event coordination, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain organization of documents, files, and shared resources.
  • Support dealership leadership and department teams with accuracy and consistency.
