JOB SUMMARY: The Front Desk Agent - performs pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests. The Front Desk Agent will check guests in and out, make room reservations, and track and report room statuses and rates. The Front Desk Agent must also be available to all guests who need to report a complaint or request a service. The Night Audit - Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents. You will act as hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required; you may assist in booking room reservations; answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of message.
