About The Position

You are the first and last impression of the hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you manage the guest experience from arrival to departure. You control the check-in process, resolve issues quickly, and represent the Comfort Inn & Suites brand with professionalism and urgency. Guests decide how they feel about their stay within minutes. Your attitude, accuracy, and responsiveness determine whether they return.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience required (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and property management systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Light lifting up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with energy and professionalism
  • Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Verify reservations, rates, and payment methods
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
  • Coordinate room status with Housekeeping
  • Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports
  • Promote loyalty programs and hotel amenities
  • Follow all brand standards and safety procedures
