About The Position
Do you enjoy creating memorable experiences for others? Join the team at Cragun’s Resort on Gull Lake as a Front Desk Agent! Our front desk team creates the first and last impression for every guest and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality. We are seeking friendly, organized, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about guest service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Shifts Available: 7AM-3:00PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 9AM-:5:00PM, 10AM-6:00PM, Shifts can vary Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Requirements
- Positive, “Guest First” attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have comfortability speaking on the phone
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival
- Accommodate special requests whenever possible
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintain accurate room status and room tracking
- Provide information about room types, rates, and resort amenities
- Present options and alternatives for guests to meet their needs
- Manage guest room key control and security
- Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally
