Requirements

Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Manage reservations and process guest check-ins and check-outs using the hotel reservation system
Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with requests, including local recommendations, dining reservations, and general inquiries
Process payments and issue room keys during check-in and check-out
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with organizing and setting up meetings or small events as needed
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including light cleaning and restocking supplies
Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
