As a Front Desk Agent, you will organize, confirm, and process all guest check-ins and check-outs; manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations; handle payments and billing; and serve as a reliable source of information and support for every guest. You’ll activate and distribute room keys, relay messages, respond to guest needs, and ensure each interaction reflects The Sunny’s signature service approach—warm, attentive, and authentically caring.
