We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we've worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we have built 38 hotels from the ground-up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We're also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of hotel front desk experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Use technology to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Manage check-in, check-out, and billing with accuracy and care
  • Handle sensitive guest information, including room assignments and payment transactions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and in-service requirements
  • Support front desk operations: answer main phone lines, respond to GXP, and track GSS & TripAdvisor scores
