Our Front Desk staff are the first point of contact for customers & the friendly face of the Club. You are integral to both the operation of the organization and the effort to fulfill our mission! The daily interactions with our regulars, combined with the interfacing you do with new prospects who walk through the door, are the first piece in building a welcoming place where people can build community and enrich their lives through wellness, education, & fun. An ideal Front Desk staff person will build connections with Samena's members & guests with a personal touch, thoroughly understand our programs and policies, and process registrations & transactions efficiently and precisely. You would be a great fit if you are an outgoing people-person, flexible & adaptable, and comfortable with technology. Shift start/end time and length vary, generally flexible schedule (with advanced notice). Shifts vary between 4 - 7 hours each, between the hours of 4:45am-10pm weekdays, 6:45am-8:30pm Saturdays and Sundays.
