About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused professional to join our team in our Lone Tree, Colorado office. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our members receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support. Most days, you’ll be on the phone supporting members with payment questions and billing needs. You’ll sit at the front desk—not a high-traffic area—and occasionally welcome guests or help coordinate light office tasks. If you enjoy variety and being the go-to problem solver, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare not required—tellers and baristas do great here!)
Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
Intermediate computer proficiency, including navigating multiple systems, browsers, spreadsheets, and Word
Reliable basic math skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle pressure with a calm, motivated attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

Deliver superior customer service while independently handling premium billing functions.
Receive inbound calls from members and provide accurate answers about billing, payments, and account status.
Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible—or ensure timely follow-up when additional research is needed.
Educate members about billing options and help them enroll in online payment tools.
Greet occasional visitors at the front desk and assist with office needs such as ordering supplies.
Navigate multiple complex computer systems with confidence.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive member information.
