Full-time Front Desk Manager at The Spa at Litchfield Hills Location: Litchfield, CT About Us: Nestled in the heart of scenic Litchfield, CT, The Spa at Litchfield Hills has been a trusted destination for luxury spa and salon services since 2004. We offer expert massage, skincare, nail, and hair services in an elegant and serene environment. Position Overview: We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to manage daily operations and our front desk team. We strive to maintain a positive and supportive working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk or Administrative work
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of at least 5 people
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Dependable, professional, and passionate about wellness and holistic care
  • Ability to maintain a positive environment
  • Must be available to work some nights and one weekend day

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the Front Desk
  • Hiring and training of Front Desk staff, and leading by example
  • Maintain Front Desk staff schedules to ensure business hours are covered
  • Act as a liaison between the staff and management team
  • Handle the resolution of guest complaints
  • Maintaining a high volume of phone calls with proper phone etiquette
  • Juggle a variety of situations and adapt quickly to a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Proficiently schedule a variety of appointment requests
  • Support team and maintain positive guest and co-worker relationships
  • Ensure daily flow of the business is running smoothly, maintain the schedule
  • Provide feedback to front desk team, encourage professional growth
  • Maintain our establishment's standards to directly contribute to overall guest and employee satisfaction and our reputation
