Department Service Excellence Job Summary: Under general supervision, this role is part of the team that staffs one of three Patient Information desks located on the main campus of Denver Health. This person greets patients and visitors, answers phone calls, communicates other appropriate information, and provides general clerical support to a variety of customers. The person in this role will demonstrate excellent customer service with both internal and external customers, and understands the value and impact this has on all interactions. Bi-lingual in English-Spanish is highly desired. Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility to shift to 12:30 PM–9:00 PM as needed to support evening coverage, including during PTO, vacations, or other staffing gaps.
