About The Position

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers and callers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a welcoming front office environment, and support administrative operations. Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage payments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and report preparation
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
