🌟 Be the Friendly Face of DIC – Front Desk Float Opportunity! 🌟 Front Desk Representative – Float 📍 Based out of Overland Park Clinic | Floating to nearby DIC locations ⏰ 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Friday (Overland Park) | Enjoy a midweek break every week with Wednesdays off! 📍 Every Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM at Plaza Clinic 🗓️ 1 Saturday per month (8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM) Outpatient Imaging | Variety in Your Week | Supportive Teams Are you a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Patient Representative who enjoys being the welcoming face of a healthcare team? Do you love connecting with patients, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and working with great coworkers? Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. is looking for a Front Desk Float Representative based out of our Overland Park clinic who enjoys a little variety in their week while still having a consistent schedule. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new teams, learning different clinic workflows, and keeping things interesting from day to day while still working close to home. Why You’ll Love This Float Role • Consistent weekday schedule – Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays at Overland Park • Thursdays at our Plaza clinic • Change of pace throughout the week by supporting multiple clinics • Work alongside different teams and supportive coworkers across locations • Outpatient setting – no call and predictable hours • 1 Saturday per month rotation only • Saturday 1–4 PM hours include a $2.25 shift differential • If you work a full Saturday shift, you receive an extra weekday off that week Float locations include: Overland Park, Olathe, Kansas City Kansas (KCK), Lee’s Summit, Plaza, and Independence. 👉 Apply today to join Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. and become part of a team where patients come first, coworkers support one another, and every day brings the opportunity to make someone’s experience better.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient cost estimates for imaging services
• Review orders for accuracy prior to appointments
• Contact ordering providers’ offices when order revisions are needed
• Welcome and register patients at the front desk
• Collect patient payments at the time of service
• Confirm upcoming appointments and review daily schedules
• Verify and review patient insurance information
• Help create a smooth, welcoming patient experience at each clinic
