Requirements

Proven success in sales: membership or service‑based sales strongly preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and close
Customer service experience in retail, spa, or hospitality is a plus
Confident, outgoing, and motivated by performance metrics
Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Available for some evenings and weekends
Passion for wellness and delivering a standout client experience

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional first impression for every client walking through the door
Drive membership sales by confidently presenting the Elements Wellness Program
Sell packages and gift cards to maximize client value
Convert phone inquiries into booked appointments through strong communication
Manage scheduling, payments, and front desk operations with accuracy
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solutions‑focused mindset
