About The Position

Your primary location will be Brentwood, but you’ll also travel to our other clinics including Midtown, Centennial, Green Hills, and Franklin. Requirements
- Friendly, professional communicator with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records
- Flexible to travel between clinic locations (primary in Brentwood)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (college/trade school preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service or healthcare preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Verify insurance and demographic information
- Collect co-pays, deposits, and outstanding balances
- Support clinic operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with medical records, scheduling, and patient communication
