The Part-Time Customer Service Specialist is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing & upholding the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents, or staff members. Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is the leader in swim instruction for children ages 4 months to 12 years, with locations in communities across the globe. Requirements

  • Outgoing, friendly, and professional
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
  • Great at multitasking and staying organized
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Bilingual is a bonus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.), but not required
  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week:
  • At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM) AND
  • 1 weekend shift – Saturday AM Shift (8:30 AM–1:30 PM), Saturday Mid Shift (1:00 PM –4:30 PM), OR Sunday (8:30 AM–1:30 PM)
  • Must be 16+ years old to apply

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Communicate effectively with families and children
  • Build strong relationships—learn names, show you care
  • Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs
  • Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby
  • Smile and have fun while making a difference!
