The Part-Time Customer Service Specialist is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing & upholding the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents, or staff members. Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is the leader in swim instruction for children ages 4 months to 12 years, with locations in communities across the globe. Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Great at multitasking and staying organized
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a bonus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.), but not required
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week:
- At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM) AND
- 1 weekend shift – Saturday AM Shift (8:30 AM–1:30 PM), Saturday Mid Shift (1:00 PM –4:30 PM), OR Sunday (8:30 AM–1:30 PM)
- Must be 16+ years old to apply
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Communicate effectively with families and children
- Build strong relationships—learn names, show you care
- Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs
- Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby
- Smile and have fun while making a difference!

- Starting pay: $16.00/hour - $18.00/hour (Based on experienced) (Must be 16+ years old to apply)
- Pay raises at 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that
