About The Position
Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk/Valet Associate at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in downtown Salt Lake City. Position is part-time, Saturdays/Sundays, 7am-3pm. Must be 21+ to apply, have clean driving record as valet driving is required for this position, pass a mandatory background check and drug test. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work a variable work schedule
- Must present self in a professional manner regarding personal dress and grooming
- Good driving record
- Must be 21+ to apply
- pass a mandatory background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests, associates.
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs.
- Supply guests with directions and information.
- Process all payment types
- Provide valet service to our guests as needed
