About The Position

Proactive customer service Responsible, teachable, and reliable Strong verbal & non-verbal communication skills, in person and over the phone Organized & high attention to detail Competent computer & software abilities Abide by hotel brand standards for level of service Identify & overcome guest issues quickly and attentively

Responsibilities

Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, and complete reservations online & over the phone
Processing credit card & cash transactions
Effectively coordinate with all other hotel departments to provide Superior Service
Daily Activity Reports and deposit drops
Maintaining Front Desk and Hotel Lobby clean and organized. Weekly deep cleaning assigned
Doing property & pool checks
Occasional package shipment or receiving
Manage incoming guest calls and reservations
Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability
Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc.
