About The Position

As a Front End Loader with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications. Requirements

1 plus years of experience working as a Front End Loader preferred.
Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, multiplication)
Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
Must be able to use extreme caution when working around cranes, trucks, forklifts and other equipment
Commitment to customer satisfaction, first time quality and efficiency

Responsibilities

Make inspections and periodic checks of equipment to detect mechanical difficulties; maintain necessary service records as required.
Understand the operation and maintenance of equipment and related processing systems.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Observe, understand, and apply all administrative and safety precautions, rules, and procedures throughout the plant.
Train and mentor new team members.
Operate a water truck on a daily basis to support plant operations.
Maintain aggregate stockpiles to ensure proper organization.
Clean and maintain infrastructure related to batch plant operations, including surrounding work areas and equipment, to ensure safe and efficient production.
Perform other related duties as required and directed by leadership to support the manufacturing of concrete products.
