About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-end retail or customer service role.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze daily reports on sales, transactions, and team performance metrics.
