Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sell daily admissions, processing season passes, and all other products Check all bags that enter the park and enforce all policies Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits Upsell additional products Be knowledgeable of all current promotional offers Keep a clean and safe work environment Maintain the highest level of customer service standards Obtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customers Follow all park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age or older Ability to operate a computer and electronic devices Basic math skills for balancing cash register Approachable, outgoing and excited about upselling Be aware, attentive, work well with others, and accept guidance and supervision Must be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs Be efficient, friendly, engaging, energetic, enthusiastic, and fun Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated, eating properly, and using sunscreen
Requirements
