FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Bon Appétit Management Company operates more than 1,000 cafés around the country for corporations, universities, and museums, as well as a few dozen public restaurants. Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Catering experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
