About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Location: Curtis Institute of Music - 1726 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule. Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday - Wednesday 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm. More details upon interview.  Requirement: At least 2 years of supervisory experience required. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
