About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Operations Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Capital Crossing. This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you will own the guest experience, lead leaders, and drive excellence on the front lines. You will be empowered to make decisions, develop people, and elevate hospitality while working alongside a well-tenured Owner/Operator and receiving world-class leadership support from Chick-fil-A.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience (Required)
  • Full-time open availability including some nights as well as Fridays & Saturdays (Required)
  • Confident communicator with strong command presence during busy shifts
  • Passion for hospitality excellence and alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Chick-fil-A experience (Highly Preferred)
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Leading Front of House operations with a sharp focus on speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
  • Coaching and developing Team Members to grow and Shift Leaders to confidently run high-performing shifts
  • Manage a team of 50+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
  • Ensuring peak-period excellence by maintaining strong throughput in Drive-Thru, Mobile Thru, Front Counter and Third Party Delivery
  • Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless guest experiences
  • Maintaining a clean, safe environment that promotes food safety and team safety at all times
