About The Position

We are redefining the quick casual experience, elevating the everyday meal with chef-driven elevated offerings. Our commitment to fresh ingredients, real cooking, and warm hospitality sets us apart. We now have three Ingo’s locations and are offering guests an all day menu including: coffee, full breakfast, pastries, lunch and dinner favorites. As the Manager you’ll be the heart of the operation, leading a passionate crew and ensuring every plate and guest experience reflects our high brand standards. You’ll be hands on in every aspect including both the kitchen and the dining room, balancing people, performance, and product.

Requirements

• 3+ years restaurant Management experience
• A true servant leader who can motivate and inspire
• Continued learners who are intellectually curious
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for quality food and hospitality
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions as needed
• Able to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and tight spaces safely and efficiently
