About The Position

Are you a customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a growing resort organization? Sun Outdoors Ocean City is seeking a Front Office Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and help provide a welcoming, enjoyable, and seamless experience during their stay.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or resort environments.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with computers and basic office software; experience with property management systems (PMS) a plus.
Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
Answer questions, provide resort information, and address guest needs or concerns.
Handle reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations in person, by phone, or via email.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure rooms/sites and resort facilities meet guest expectations.
Promote resort amenities, activities, and events to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Adhere to all resort policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
