We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Position Summary The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, leading and developing the guest services team, and ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. This role plays a key part in maximizing guest satisfaction, managing daily operations, and supporting overall hotel performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hotel front office supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with hotel PMS systems (Hilton OnQ experience preferred)
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Hilton brand standards is a plus
  • Proficiency with hotel PMS systems (Hilton OnQ experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all front office operations, including front desk, guest services, and night audit.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and mentor the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial procedures including cash handling, billing, and reporting.
  • Assist in achieving guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
  • Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development.
