About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on, service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our guest experience at Residence Inn Columbus. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality every single day.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hotel front desk or supervisory experience (Marriott experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle guest concerns and drive satisfaction scores.
  • Experience with hotel systems (FOSSE preferred).
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient guest service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front office associates to deliver brand-standard service.
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency.
  • Manage scheduling and labor controls.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews and performance management of team members.
