About The Position

Isla Bella Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort in the Florida Keys, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily Front Office operations, leading and developing the Front Desk team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of Front Office leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with hotel property management systems required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all Front Office and Front Desk operations to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Front Desk Agents, Night Auditors, and supervisory team members
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and service-driven team culture
  • Ensure all guest interactions meet Isla Bella’s luxury service standards
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and daily operational workflow
  • Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and performance management
  • Monitor front office performance, guest feedback, and service metrics
  • Maintain strong knowledge of resort offerings, amenities, rates, and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety, and operational procedures
  • Review daily reports, logs, and communications to ensure accuracy and follow-up
  • Act as Manager on Duty as needed and support overall resort operations
