About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first As a receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to the Manager, Clinic/Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others. As a Receptionist 1, you'll: Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems. Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy. Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized. Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
