WHAT YOU WILL DO: Maintain a high level of customer service Answer Multi-line phones, screen and direct calls while providing basic information as needed Take and deliver messages accurately Create service calls/texts Provide general administrative and clerical support Sort and distribute mail to employees Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Responsible for entering supply orders into system, distributing to correct person/area Responsible for maintaining & organizing office supply inventory Maintain a safe and clean reception & break-room Handle customer concerns with integrity and poise and refer the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication Qualifications WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Must be able to converse, be respectful of others, support and customer service attitude needed MS Office Experience Multi line Phone Reception Experience Integrity, Responsibility, Relationship building, Acceptance of Growth and Innovation.
