About The Position

The Front Office Representative is often the first point of contact for our clients and guests, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to various questions and requests.
Maintain and update records and databases to ensure information is current and accessible.
Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the front office area is organized and well-stocked.
