A Day in the Life As a Full-Time Sales Representative, here’s what you can expect: Full-Time 5-Day Schedule: A consistent, predictable schedule so you can focus on building rapport and closing sales. Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment. Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts. Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners. Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training. Income Potential: Earn $100K–$200K+ annually (W-2), with uncapped commissions tied directly to your performance. Qualified Leads Provided: No prospecting — we provide pre-qualified leads daily so you can maximize your time and earning potential. Fast Compensation: Get paid within 3 weeks from sale to payout. How You’ll Shine In this role, you’ll connect with prospective and current owners, present vacation ownership benefits, and create unforgettable experiences. You will: Deliver Engaging Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center located at one of our award-winning resorts. Build Meaningful Connections: Establish rapport, find commonality, and communicate the value of vacation ownership. Drive Results: Utilize expert closing techniques to convert prospects into owners and help them achieve their vacation dreams. Corporate Sales Responsibilities (Compliance + Performance) Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. (80%) Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and performance goals.
