2nd shift FSQ Technician II- (plant 4)
About The Position
The purpose of the position is to inspect, sample, prepare and evaluate ingredients and components, intermediate products, and finished products for quality parameters in a safe, sanitary and productive manner and report the results. The incumbent in this position should follow prescribed procedures or testing methods to complete the task or to obtain results. The results shall then be compared to the specification to determine whether or not the results meet the specification. The incumbents should also be able to put ingredients, in-process materials and finished product on hold and take off hold in the AS400 system.
Responsibilities
- Sampling of raw ingredients, Work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods for testing.
- Compositing samples and sample preparation for testing
- Laboratory Testing and tasks associated with laboratory work
- On-line packaging inspection
