About The Position

Currently seeking a full-time team member to work Monday/Wednesday 10am-6pm and Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 1pm-9pm. The Friday shift will be a closing shift which will require the team member to stay for 15 minutes to close the club alongside another team member. Full - Time: Starting at $13 per hour. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Requirements

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
