About The Position

The Full-Time Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing a variety of financial transactions efficiently and accurately. This position serves as the frontline representative of the bank and plays a critical role in developing positive relationships with customers by promoting bank products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays if required.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and ability to learn bank systems.
• Ability to Commute: Abilene, TX (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: Abilene, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer with a high degree of accuracy.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services or personnel.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer and bank information.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including vault duties as needed.
• Support branch goals and participate in team meetings and training.
