About The Position

The FTI Project Manager, Digital Assets, will lead the delivery of high-impact blockchain and digital asset initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves managing projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. The successful candidate will act as a product owner and release manager, prioritizing initiatives and resolving conflicts to maximize value. They will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and maintain project documentation and reporting for leadership. This position offers the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, shape innovative programs, and make a measurable impact on digital finance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or technology
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with remote collaboration and US time zone work schedules

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with blockchain, tokenization, or transfer agent functions is a plus
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Scrum Master preferred but not required
  • Background in software development or systems analysis beneficial
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and CI/CD environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital asset-focused projects, ranging from small to large scale
  • Act as product owner for platforms, prioritizing changes to maximize business and client value
  • Serve as release manager, resolving conflicts, assessing risks, and managing development pipelines
  • Define project plans and oversee execution through to successful closure
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align on objectives and deliverables
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring teams adhere to process guidelines
  • Track risks, implement mitigation strategies, escalate critical issues, and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive communications
  • Continuously refine workflows and improve project management processes
