Job Description: The Fulfillment Trainer plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within dōTERRA’s Fulfillment Center by training new and existing team members across Packing, Inventory, and other fulfillment areas. This position ensures team members understand and follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to efficient workflows. The Trainer acts as a mentor and subject matter expert, helping to build team capability, resolve process-related questions, and reinforce performance expectations. Trainers may also provide hands-on support across various areas during high-volume periods. Shift available 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday to Friday
