Fulfillment Clerk - Lead - Day Shift

About The Position

Under general direction, the Fulfillment Clerk Lead will oversee the daily activities of a Hand Labor team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assists supervisor, trains junior staff, plans/organizes tasks, and independently leads projects. The schedule for this position is Day Shift, 7AM-3:30PM, Mon-Fri.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a lead role, ideally in a fulfillment or production environment.

Responsibilities

Must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks, and seek guidance from supervisor when confronted with unfamiliar situations.
Read and understand job order directions
Manage and maintain inventory levels for kitting
Oversee personnel during kitting process and provide on-the-job training to new employees
Maintain material supply adhering to just-in-time manufacturing principles
Manage incoming orders by due date
Package finished product for shipping
Schedule and coordinate shipments daily
Stage finished product for loading
Complete daily logs
Operate simple machines, including but not limited to air pouch machines, shrink wrappers, and banding machines
Assist in basic handwork as needed, separating cards, folding signs, etc.
Perform QC of kits to ensure accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.
