About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, as a Fulfillment Supervisor – Night Shift and help lead warehouse and fulfillment operations within one of the most advanced trading card manufacturing environments in the world. Due to continued growth in our operations, we are seeking three experienced Fulfillment Supervisors to support our fast-paced manufacturing and distribution teams in Mebane, NC. This leadership role oversees daily fulfillment activities, supervises warehouse team members, and ensures accurate order fulfillment, efficient operations, and strong team performance while maintaining safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities
  • Experience leading teams in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, OSHA safety practices, and continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S preferred
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and operational systems
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse and fulfillment operations to ensure accurate order processing and shipment execution
  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to hourly fulfillment team members
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure customer orders and receipts are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Partner with department leadership to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery goals
  • Resolve operational challenges using problem-solving and analytical approaches
  • Maintain operational logs and communicate shift updates to leadership and incoming supervisors
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including scheduling, attendance tracking, and operational reporting
  • Support employee performance management including coaching, development, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and warehouse housekeeping standards
  • Partner with security and quality teams to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
