As a Fulfillment Team Member - Weekend Shift, you’ll play an important role in getting products to customers quickly and accurately. You’ll focus on picking, packing, and shipping items while ensuring everything meets our high standards. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys steady work and making a real impact. THIS POSITION IS FOR THE WEEKEND SHIFT ONLY Friday through Sunday from 6:00am - 6:30pm You must be able to speak, read, and write in English for effective communication and understanding of work materials.

Ability to walk the equivalent of 10,000+ steps per day
Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs multiple times per hour
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
You must be able to speak, read, and write in English for effective communication and understanding of work materials.

Responsibilities

Pick with Precision: Use handheld RF scanners to follow digital pick lists, locate inventory, and pull the exact items needed for customer orders
Pack with Care: Package items thoughtfully using tissue, boxes, and protective materials—ensuring every order feels intentional and gift-ready
Meet Hourly Goals: Maintain strong productivity by balancing speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Flag Issues Early: Identify and escalate missing inventory, product damage, or incorrect items before they leave the building
Maintain Station Readiness: Keep pick carts, pack stations, and shared tools organized and clean throughout your shift
Accurate and Efficient: You'll pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care and speed.
Engaged and Eager: You'll join training and meetings to improve your skills and knowledge.
Organized and Tidy: You'll keep the warehouse clean and neatly arranged at all times.
Safe and Aware: You'll follow safety rules to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.
