About The Position

As a Fulfillment Operator, you are responsible for the picking, packing, assembly and shipment of product in a timely manner. Also, you must follow established inventory practices and specific customer build and pack requirements. Essential Functions: Receive and inspect inventory from production, warehouse, or receiving. Pick and pack customer orders per specific instructions or set standards. Prepare all shipping documents including required international shipping paperwork for customs. Ship orders by using manual methods or computerized manifesting system. Relay shipping information back to required parties either verbally, via e-mail or by fax. Maintain organization and integrity of the inventory in the warehouse and provides feedback of any discrepancies or opportunities for improving inventory practices. Receive and process all customer returns following established processes. Setup and build customer assemblies per work instruction and/or knowledge of unit being assembled. Build sample (if required) of assembly per first article procedure. Use applicable assembly equipment as required (i.e., L-bars, labelers, serial tracking computer, etc.) Train and direct others assigned to the job including temporary workers. Complete all required paperwork for each job assigned. Create labels as necessary for packages or assemblies. Coordinate carriers for pick-up and delivery of customer orders and receipt of parts.

  • High School Diploma or GED
