About The Position

Kharon is seeking a full-time Full Cycle Recruiter in Denver, CO to drive consistent, high-quality hiring across the US, UK, and Europe. This role will be the primary owner of technical requisitions and select G+A roles. Ability to work from the Denver office at least three days per week is required. FOCUS: Technical roles (80%) + Select G+A roles (20%)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with end-to-end global technical talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, including complex and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and recruit for complex technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, infrastructure, security), including translating technical requirements into effective sourcing and evaluation strategies.
  • Proven success operating with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, including building structure where none exists.
  • Demonstrated ability to close highly competitive technical candidates, including navigating compensation conversations, counteroffers, and complex decision dynamics.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies with an understanding of regional talent markets, hiring norms, and candidate expectations.
  • Strong judgment and a demonstrated ability to assess talent quality beyond surface-level credentials.
  • Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or risk intelligence is a plus; demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex, technical, and regulated domains is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and select G+A requisitions, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates from initial outreach to offer signature.
  • Act as the primary owner of candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, thoughtful feedback loops, and a professional, respectful process at every stage.
  • Support and expand Kharon’s global talent acquisition by proactively identifying and engaging with top talent through various channels, through various channels, using sound judgment to prioritize the most effective approaches for each role.
  • Act as the talent consultant for hiring managers across various time zones (US, UK, and Spain), defining ideal candidate profiles, and providing strategic guidance throughout the hiring process to ensure total alignment with Kharon’s goals.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to challenge assumptions, calibrate on talent tradeoffs, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Identify ways to continuously improve the recruiting processes, interview practices, and candidate experience across all hiring, with an emphasis on scalability and consistency.
  • Position Kharon as the employer of choice in the FinTech/RegTech space through professional, engaging, and transparent communication.
  • Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track performance, assess hiring efficiency, and make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes.
  • Stay informed on talent market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging recruitment channels to continually refine and optimize sourcing approaches.
