About The Position

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop high-quality web applications, enhance enterprise product features, and contribute across the full SDLC. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and serve as a technical leader on key projects. The Senior Full Stack Developer will: Design, develop, debug, and test web-enabled interfaces for DSS products. Enhance existing product features, build new modules, and contribute to new product development. Participate in project planning, product maintenance, system enhancements, and rapid issue resolution. Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and best practices. Serve as the primary development point of contact for one or more projects.
Requirements
- Must have proficient experience in professional software development
- Hands-on experience developing web applications
- Strong proficiency with: HTML5 JavaScript CSS C# .NET Delphi SQL Server
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. (Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.)
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- MCSD or equivalent advanced certifications in Web or Mobile Application Development

Responsibilities

- Travel occasionally (up to 25%) based on business and client needs.
