About The Position

Markon’s partner company is seeking a mid level Full Stack Developer to support Reporting Tool Suite Sustainment efforts. This role will focus on the development, enhancement, and long-term sustainment of two mission-critical applications: WEBCANDID and TESTFLIGHT, which support the Intelligence Community and its global partners. This position is onsite and supports high-availability systems that require periodic after-hours support

Requirements

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Participation in a rotating pager schedule (approximately 1 week every 3–4 weeks)
8+ years of experience in a development enboirment using Java
Spring Boot
Angular
RESTful web services
Elasticsearch
Solr
MongoDB
Oracle
Experience understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications

Nice To Haves

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
PrimeFaces
Node.js
Experience with agency reporting and dissemination tools
Familiarity with agency classification policies
Experience working in an agile development environment using JIRA and Confluence

Responsibilities

Support the development, enhancement, and sustainment of the WEBCANDID and TESTFLIGHT applications
Maintain and enhance existing codebases to ensure system stability, performance, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across integrated, multi-application environments
Develop and consume RESTful web services
Support high-priority mission needs through rapid enhancements and defect resolution
Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call pager support for mission-critical systems
Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product owners in an agile environment
