Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack web applications using Rails and React for internal and founder-facing platforms.
• Conduct deep-dive diligence on growth-stage companies by analyzing business models, market trends, and operating metrics.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial scoping and user research to production implementation and iterative scaling.
